Hey everyone how is everything? Well I'm going to write this email super quick so lets get into it. Last pday was pretty chill, we hung out and played some pool. Our appartment owner came over to fix our shower because there was no hot water. He has a really thick accent. We have 6 people on date right now! Marcia and Luis are going to get married and drop coffee. Juan is a little bit scared but really wants to be baptized, we have him a Book of Mormon a week ago and he is aready in Alma, he's a stud. Belen is having problems drinking so she'll probally get baptized a little bit later. Oscar and Josue are going to be baptized on sunday and their super excited! We had our appartment inspections and I was asked who taught me to clean. Yep, it's my mom. She's the best. Then we went on visits with a Renan who is thinking of going on a mission but has not decided yet. He really liked it and has a lot of potinetal. Another day we knocked doors for 4 hours, not super effec...

How is everyone doing? Hope all is well and that you are all keeping the commandments. It's been awesome so let's get into it. Monday was a zone pday but not the whole zone showed up. We played a bit of basketball and got lunch as a district. Tuesday we had a combined district counsel and President and sister Maddux were there. Then we all went to lunch and it took almost an hour for them to bring out the food. One of our baptismal dates called us drunk at around noon so we had to move the date. Then we passed by Edwin and made sure he was ready for his baptism. We also have been making some really good food for lunch here in the house. We made fish and chips with steak fries. We had exchanges with Escazù. I went there with Elder Trejo and Elder Andersen came to Don Bosco with Elder Monzon. The exchanges went really well and it was fun to be back in Escazù after a little bit. I still have not figured out why the sandwiches are so expensive here but that's just what everyone...

How is everyone doing this week? I hope all is well with everyone and you are all reading your scriptures. This week has flown by so let's get into it. Last pday was normal, we went to get our hair cut and then looked for a new suit for my comp. Then after pday, we went to visit our friend Candy and her sons. We had an awesome lesson about the plan of salvation, we asked them if they wanted to get baptized soon and they all said yes! Candy needs to get married but I think that it can happen quickly! Then we visited our friend Jackson, who looks like a double of Brad Pitt, just a bit fatter. Then on Tuesday, we realized that Subway is way too expensive here, almost $15 for a footlong! Then we had exchanges with Escazú and they went to La Carpio and had a lot of spiritual lessons. But most importantly, WE GOT TO MEET ELDER UCHTDORF! What a spiritual experience! I'll put a few of my favorite quotes from the conference below. Both of the Costa Rica missions went to the new chapel b...

How's everyone doing? Hope all is well and you are all enjoying 2025! It's crazy that it's already 2025. Anyways, let's get into this email. Last pday was pretty chill. We went to Chepe looking for random stuff and then ate at a really good argentina place. We also ran into Hank Smith just walking down the street, super cool guy. Then when pday ended we went to Wendys house with natasha for a family home evening. The 31st was crazy, lots of fireworks. Not like the ones in the states where there's cool colors, these ones are all just noise. We did a lot of visiting in La Carpio, met a member that is 112 years old! Then we walked by all of the bus stops in Barrio Mexico and ran into a bunch of missionaries who were traveling for transfers. Then, he had a New years dinner with Wendy and her family. On the 1st, only 3 people let us talk to them. The streets were empty, and all of the stores were closed. We tried another area in our area, and no one wanted anything to do...
