Christmas Time! And Emergency Transfer!

Hows everyone doing? I hope all is well and you are reading your scriptures! Well heres the email so lets get into it ! Last pday went by fast, I dont remember what happened but we went to Escazu. When pday ended, we meet up with a guy named with Ricardo. It was my first time meeting him but the spirit was there and we put a baptismal date with him for january! Then we went to Ulesi's house and she made us empanadas and agua dulce! Tuesday was good, after distritct councel Elder Gardner had a meeting over Zoom so I waited in the office. While I was waiting, president maddux was doing intwerviews. When he finished up one, he saw that I was sitting there studying and he called me into his office. He told me that I might not be finishing the training of Elder Gardner. That for health reasons of a other missionary, we would have a emergency transfer. President said he´d let me know so me and gardner went to La Carpio as normal then we got said call and had to take the bus back home to get Gardners bags packed up. Kinda sad not going to lie. But now im here with Elder Monzon! We did a bunch of visits with Wendy this week! We also had exchanges with the elders of escazu. I went back to Escazu and did a bit of office work and a pair of baptism interviews. While we were on exchanges, the trio that was here in San Jose found out that one of the brothers of the recent converts wants to be baptized so the next day we went over and put a baptismal date! We have a friend that makes leather boots by hand so I asked him to make me a leather scritpture case! It turned out really cool! Then later that night we went to the ward chrismas dinner! We had 8 friends there all talking to members and making friends! Sunday was good. We went to Natashas house for lunch, her mom cooked us some delishous food! I dont rember if Ive talked about natasha much but i'll do it again. The elders before us found her and she started progressing really fast! She has gone to church almost 12 times now and loves everything. She goes on visits with us and testifies to our friends about the book of mormon and the plan of salvashion. But she wants that her mom isnt aginst her decion to be baptized. Natasha is like 26 but she wants to be on good terms with her family, because the first time she went to church they kicked her out of the house for a week. Lots of things are going on there but we've gotten to know her mom and we are hoping that we can have the baptism in January! But lunch on sunday was really good and the live action grinch was playing in the background in spanish. Then I got my first Tamale of the christmas season!

Love you all!
