Hello everyone! I'm going to make this super quick because I don't have a lot of time! This week has been pretty normal. Last pday president maddux bought a net for pickleball and some really nice paddles. We played a ton and then the president bought lunch for everyone! We have an awesome friend named Alfredo who is super open to learning about the gospel! Pray for him to receive some days off for Sundays! I'm still not a fan of soup! We received a reference that lives like 100 metros from the church and is super prepared to receive the gospel and went to church on sunday and loved it! We ordered pupusas for the office meeting this week and everyone loved them! We´ve had a lot of good friends stop progressing which is super sad but hopefully down the road they can progress! How's everyone doing? Hope all is well! We are doing good here in the Lords vineyard! This'll be a short email, but let's get into it! Last pday we played some pickleball and soccer, watched a little but of the chosen, we bought furniture for some apartments. Tuesday was quite interesting! We started exchanges with Don Bosco, and I went up to San Jose with Elder Foxx. We went contacting in La Carpio, and people tell us it's the most dangerous place in Costa Rica, but we survived. We found a shirt from the movie Elf, I forgot to take a picture. We witnessed an older man watch some strange things on Tic Tok while we were taking the bus. We found 2 different raccoons in about 15 minutes, we tried to catch one, but it ran under a gate. Saw lots of people sinning. Then we stopped by Taco bell for dinner and while we were ordering, they were playing Eminem and on one of the TV's there was the movie Alien and also the show Who Wants to be a Millionare. Hey everyone, how is everything? Sorry I have not written an email for these past weeks! It has been crazy! To make it a bit less of a read, i´ll put a bunch of the main points! We said goodbye to the Waldies, they gave us a box of Slim Jims and cookies! We had a 1.5 hour lesson with our friend Guillermo because we brought a member and the member talked for the entire time about the entire story of the church. The member did it really well but without taking a breath for 1.5 hours. We went down to Los Anonos and had a great lesson with the family of Jesus and they opened up a lot about why they have not gone to church: Also Jesus got mugged, hit by a car, and his car broke down in three consecutive days. Pray a lot for them! After sacrament meeting, Vivi came up to us and asked us what she needed to do to be baptized!
